Enter the Dojo.
Lead your life.
Dojo philosophy for young leaders who are done with hype and theory. A space for your discipline, identity, business and judgment under pressure.
Who is the dojo for?
For young professionals who feel like they're "in formation", stepping into more responsibility, but not interested in generic leadership fluff.
-
Question: "Am I actually a leader or am I faking it?"
Just promoted or leading projects for the first time. Technically sharp, unsure how to lead humans without losing yourself.Ready to transform your mindset?
-
Question: "Why do I keep self-sabotaging?"
High drive, low structure. Great at output, shaky under pressure. You want discipline that frees you instead of burning you out.
Let’s spar and grow your business.
-
Question: "How do I make my second chapter stronger than the first?"
Changing lanes or levelling up. Experience is there, but your identity and standards need a harder, cleaner edge.
Ready to take charge of your health?
You don't lack motivation. You lack a guard.
The dojo is a lens. Life is the mat.
In the ring, you don't get knocked out by the punch you see, you get knocked out by the one you don't. In life, it's the exact same. You don't need a cheerleader. You need yourself.
What exactly is the Dojo?
Martial arts is not the destination — it's the operating system for how we train leadership: physical, honest, repetitive, and grounded in a clear code.
-
D = Discipline: Consistency > inspiration. Mat doesn't care how you feel. Show up.
O = Ownership: Own mistakes. Fix them. No hiding.
J = Judgment: Clarity beats confusion. Know your next move.
O = Opportunity: Every fall is a lesson. Fall better, get up faster.
-
Identity before strategy. Who you are shapes what you do. The Dojo Framework starts from the inside — building character that sustains everything else.
-
You can't lead others until you lead yourself. The Dojo builds leaders from the inside out — through earned discipline, not borrowed authority.
-
Focus, execution, and resilience under pressure. The Dojo method trains the professional who delivers — not just when it's comfortable, but when it matters most.
-
Strategy under pressure. Decision-making without panic. Discipline that compounds into results. The dojo builds the professional who performs when it counts.
-
Mind and body are one system. Physical discipline and mental resilience train together. The dojo knows this — so does Cor's coaching.
-
Respect, presence, honest communication. The dojo teaches you how to hold ground and build lasting connections.

Who is Cor the Coach?
Cor van Drieberge is a leadership coach with 20+ years of coaching and training, two MSc degrees in business, and a background in Kyokushin Karate, Capoeira, and boxing.
Cor doesn't coach from theory alone. He coaches from bruises, rounds, and thousands of hours helping people step into leadership they actually recognise in the mirror.
He's attended Tony Robbins' UPW twice, not to collect selfies, but to sharpen his own standards and state. The dojo method comes from one question: "What actually changes people?"
The way Cor works
Direct, not brutal: He'll say what needs to be said, like a sparring partner — with respect and clarity.
System over inspiration: Every insight must become a practice or framework you can use that week.
Identity first: We build who you are before we obsess over tactics.
